Crystal serves as the Operations Strategist for The Strategic Business Planner, orchestrating the firm’s daily execution frameworks, client onboarding pipelines, and operational infrastructure. Joining forces with Robert DePalo in 2024, she brings a unique cross-disciplinary background that bridges organizational psychology with entrepreneurial execution.
Crystal graduated summa cum laude from the University of Central Florida with a B.S. in Psychology, later earning a Master of Arts in Counseling from Webster University. This deep experience in human behavior and communication gives her an exceptional ability to manage complex, high-stakes operational environments with absolute composure, empathy, and precision.
Her operational insight is further sharpened by her firsthand experience as a former small business owner. Having successfully scaled a private enterprise alongside her husband, Crystal possesses an intimate understanding of the operational friction, timelines, and logistical demands facing the business owners and founders the firm serves.
Originally from Florida, Crystal relocated to Long Island in 2019, where she resides in East Northport. Outside of optimizing the firm's infrastructure, she dedicates her time to her husband and their two children, Mia and Luca.
